meet uncultrd
there are those who eat to live, and those who live to eat. uncultrd co-founders, Coreen and Pascale, proudly stand in the latter category. as two best friends who were constantly on the lookout for safe spaces to converse (loudly!), laugh and bond over a shared meal without sacrificing taste, comfort or ambience, we discovered it’s a whole lot harder than you think for black millennials when safe spaces for us are few and far between. after realizing that, for the most part, we’re looking to people who don’t look like us or understand us to provide those spaces, we decided to create that space for ourselves. to put it simply, why look for the vibe when we are the vibe?
